The Leapmotor B10 is a modern, well-equipped compact electric SUV. A 160kW rear motor gives brisk, smooth acceleration, with 0 to 100km/h in about 8 seconds, and the quiet, refined cruising makes it comfortable in town and on the highway. The LFP battery is durable and supports fast DC charging, which can take the battery from 30% to 80% in about 20 minutes on a strong charger.

The cabin is bright and spacious for its size, with a long 2,735mm wheelbase, a large 14.6-inch touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital driver display, a wireless phone charger and a panoramic sunroof with a power blind. The boot holds around 490 litres and grows to about 1,475 litres when the rear seats are folded.

For safety, the B10 has seven airbags, a Level 2 driver assistance system and surround-view cameras, and it earned a five-star ANCAP rating. Over-the-air updates keep the software up to date, and the 18-inch wheels and 170mm of ground clearance suit daily driving on most roads.
