01Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of marvicstechltd.com and the Marvics app, and to any purchase or service you order from Marvics Technologies, 10 Ozulemchukwu Street, Woji, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

02Your account

• You must be 18 or over, and give accurate information when you register or place an order
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse of the site
• You can delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete account

03Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, packaging and minor details may vary slightly from the images, which are for illustration.

Some products are held and dispatched by our vetted partner vendors, and some are pre-orders or shipped from abroad (this is shown on the product page). In every case, Marvics Technologies is your seller and your point of contact.

Product availability can change, and we may discontinue or update products without notice.

04Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Naira (₦). Where we show another currency based on your location, the final amount is confirmed at checkout.
• Delivery costs, and any pay-on-delivery fee, are shown at checkout before you pay
• We accept payments through Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD and other options it offers), card payments through Stripe, bank transfer, and pay on delivery on eligible orders
• For card and bank transfer orders, payment is taken when you place your order. For pay on delivery, you pay the rider in full when the order arrives.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's confirmed.

05Orders and cancellations

Your order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it's been accepted. We confirm stock before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund of anything you've paid.

To cancel an order yourself, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel it and refund you.

06Delivery and returns

We currently deliver within Nigeria only. Delivery options, times and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy.

07Faulty products

If a product arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we'll help with a repair, replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds policy. This doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection laws.

08Engineering, design and digital services

Services such as CAD and mechanical design, web design, branding and research support are provided under a separate quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and deliverables for your project. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

09Intellectual property

All content on this site and app, including our logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to Marvics Technologies or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Files and information you send us, such as project briefs, remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to deliver the service you've asked for.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Try to hack, disrupt or overload the site
• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Scrape or copy our content or product data

11Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Marvics Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded by law.

12Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites and services (for example carrier tracking pages or WhatsApp). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria. This doesn't take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
