Overview
The PlayStation 5 Slim Disc Edition keeps the full power of the PS5 in a body that is about 30% smaller and lighter than the original. A custom AMD Zen 2 processor and RDNA 2 graphics deliver sharp visuals with ray tracing, 4K resolution and frame rates of up to 120fps.
The 1TB custom SSD gives you more room for your library than the original 825GB model and keeps load times very short, so you can jump into your games almost instantly. The built-in Ultra HD Blu-ray drive plays physical PS5 and PS4 games and 4K Blu-ray movies, and the console is backwards compatible with the vast majority of PS4 titles.
The included DualSense wireless controller adds haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, and Tempest 3D AudioTech makes games sound more immersive. The console stands upright or lies flat using the included stand.
